The Gear

The Raccoon collection sets the pace for Taxo Tees with a standard set of gear:

The story of Procyon Lotor

Once upon a time, in a quiet suburban neighborhood, there lived a raccoon named Procyon Lotor. Procyon was no ordinary raccoon; he prided himself on his cleanliness. In fact, his Latin name, translated to English, meant "Before the Dog Laundryman," and he took it very seriously.

Every night, while the other raccoons were out raiding trash cans and causing mischief, Procyon was busy setting up his makeshift laundry service by the creek. He’d carefully gather socks, shirts, and the occasional dog blanket he’d found hanging on backyard fences, always muttering to himself, “Who washes clothes *after* a dog? I do it *before* the dog even knows they’re dirty!”

He had quite the clientele—neighborhood dogs who, frankly, couldn’t be bothered to keep their things tidy. One night, a German Shepherd named Max brought over his slobbery tennis ball. “Can you clean this?” he asked.

Procyon inspected the ball with a frown. “Max, this isn’t a laundromat for toys. It’s a place of fine garment care!” But business was business, so he took the ball, scrubbed it with vigor, and handed it back. “There you go. Good as new.”

Max wagged his tail. “I’m impressed! Maybe you *are* the best laundryman before any dog.”

Procyon puffed up with pride. “Of course I am! The name says it all. Procyon Lotor: Before the Dog Laundryman. It’s my destiny!”

And so, Procyon Lotor continued his nightly work, always a step ahead of the dogs, keeping the neighborhood clean, one sock at a time. The raccoons might have laughed at him, but the dogs—oh, the dogs thought he was a genius.

Or at least, they appreciated not having to do their own laundry.
